Amenities include central AC/heat, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, answering machine, wireless internet access, two cable TV's, one DVD. Additional amenities include clock radios, toys/games, board games/puzzles and boom box.

The exterior offers screened porch, 2 decks, one with dining table. Enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower and park style charcoal grill. Large yard and rear parking area provides ample parking for boat/trailer.

Pets welcome - no pet fee (maximum 2 pets). No Smoking. Maximum 6 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.

Sunday check in. Allows partial week stays, 3 night minimum, booked within 2 weeks of the arrival date. Please call for reservations of partial week stays.
